Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and working closely with our therapists to ensure seamless patient care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Work closely with our therapists to ensure proper scheduling, communicate effectively, and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a positive patient experience.

  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and company policies.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and kindness.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and work in a secure environment.


Work Schedule

This position is primarily based in Plover, with occasional travel to other facilities. The work schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:55 am to 4:00 pm and Tuesday, Thursday from 7:25 am to 5:00 pm.
