Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and repair assembly and packaging machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all production systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and stabilize equipment as necessary.
- Assist with production and maintenance tasks as required.
- Collaborate with production personnel to address quality and safety issues.
- Document maintenance activities as instructed by the Maintenance Manager to track equipment performance, including work orders and time records.
- Identify and communicate equipment issues to the Maintenance Manager.
- Participate in overtime work as needed.
- Provide on-call support as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Maintenance Technology or equivalent education, experience, and training.
- 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of maintenance terminology and best practices; knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, and production requirements.
Work Environment: The role is performed in production settings where the individual may encounter strong odors, airborne dust from materials in use, and will be operating or in proximity to machinery.
