Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hair Color Specialist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair color services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

About the Role:

The Hair Color Specialist is an integral part of our salon team, responsible for providing top-notch hair color services to clients. This includes consultations, color applications, and educating clients on our products and services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for beauty and customer satisfaction.

About You:
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed cosmetologist behind the chair in a salon environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You are comfortable operating point-of-sale systems and have a basic understanding of marketing principles.

You must be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of our company's values and mission.

Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate ranging from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, plus commission, tips, and potential bonuses.

Physical Demands:

This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, manipulating fingers and hands, and reaching up to ten pounds. Occasional sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, lifting, pushing, pulling may also be required.
