Economics Instructor

Copper Mountain College is seeking a qualified Economics Instructor to join our team. As a part-time faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching economics courses and contributing to the academic success of our students.
Responsibilities:- Teach economics courses, including lectures and laboratories, as assigned by the college.
- Develop and implement instruction that meets all course requirements and is consistent with academic and vocational program standards.
- Assess and advise students of their progress toward meeting course objectives.
- Respect student rights and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Assign and submit grades by deadline, as required by college policy and administrative procedures.
- Master's degree in economics or a related field.
- OR Bachelor's degree in economics and a Master's degree in business, business administration, business management, business education, finance, or political science.
- OR the equivalent.
- Hourly rate based on degree: PhD/EdD - $71.33/hour - Lecture, $57.46/hour - Lab. MA/MS - $68.52/hour - Lecture, $55.20/hour - Lab.
