Job Title: Customer Service Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at Gemaire Distributors, LLC. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales team and Sales Center, serving as a liaison between the company and its customers regarding product availability, delivery, order entry, order status, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Support the Sales team and Sales Center with product information and order status
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service supervisory or lead experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center, or Customer Service experience; or Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center, or Customer Service experience
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong customer service soft skills, including problem-solving, communication, and time management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Sales experience strongly desired
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
