Security Guard Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a visible presence to deter potential intruders and promote a sense of security among residents and visitors.
  • Operate wireless communications equipment to maintain effective communication with the office and other team members.
  • Monitor video feeds to stay aware of potential security threats.
  • Patrol hallways, buildings, and parking lots to ensure they are well-lit and secure.
  • Verify that all doors are secured and locked in the evening.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident entries and exits.
