We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at Carehaven Center in Martinsburg, WV. About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of two shifts per week, including every other weekend. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
  • Attendance at a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification
