Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Vice President, Medical in our Risk organization. This role involves assessing and managing risks associated with HSBC's ability to meet its financial obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify liquidity risk drivers, assess liquidity risk exposures, and monitor liquidity limits.
- Assess regulatory liquidity risk requirements, including LCR, NSFR, EPS, and internal liquidity stress testing.
- Perform sensitivity analysis to understand the impact of new trades, products, or assumption changes on liquidity risk metrics.
- Participate in data analysis, support material preparation for regulatory exams, and provide briefings to senior management on risk management issues.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- In-depth knowledge of liquidity risk and related regulations, primarily LCR, NSFR, EPS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an innovative approach to building new MI and reporting analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus.
