Cardiovascular Medicine Program Overview
Cleveland Clinic Florida's world-class cardiovascular medicine program is seeking a General Cardiology candidate to join our established and highly respected health system. Our tradition hospital is located in Port St. Lucie, Florida, one of the fastest growing cities in the US.
We are looking for candidates with an interest in developing patient-centered outpatient and hospital practices. The focus of the position is three-fold: (1) ensuring outpatient access for patients for cardiovascular care services, (2) providing timely diagnostic testing and hospital care, and (3) supporting the delivery of the highest quality care and patient experience.
The position offers the opportunity to develop a rewarding practice while benefiting from these key features:
- New and enhanced facilities with comprehensive cardiac services
- Ability to perform cardiac catheterization, echocardiography, stress testing, and TEE
- Development of community expansion and outreach
- New cardiac catheterization suites with state of the art imaging and ultrasound technology
- Dedicated Coronary Care and Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care & Observation Units
- Intersocietal Accreditation Commission for Echocardiography (IAC) certified
- Opportunity to participate in resident training and education
A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available.
