Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Micro Lab COE. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality patient care.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise in clinical testing, working closely with our medical teams to deliver accurate and timely results.

• Conduct complex clinical tests, maintaining strict attention to detail and adhering to established protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of test results
• Maintain knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements

• A relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related science field (e.g., biology, chemistry, medical technology)
• Valid certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent, such as ASCP or AMT
• Proven experience in a hospital laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of CAP, JCAHO, OSHA, AABB, FDA, and CLIA standards
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
