We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at Redwood Living, Inc. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for showcasing our apartment homes, assisting with local marketing, and following up with prospects. This role involves exceptional customer service and communication with both residents and fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct apartment home tours to potential prospects
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials, pricing, and notify related parties of any needed adjustments
- Schedule resident appointments to discuss renewal rates and leasing options
- Walk through units prior to resident move-in date
- Complete move-in paperwork
- Complete all lease applications and notify prospective residents
- Ensure grounds are well kept and address any concerns with maintenance
- Adhere to company standards for paperwork, resident files, budgets, and controlled expenses
- Travel between Redwood neighborhoods may be required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- General computer efficiency
- Prior sales or leasing experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and computers
- Lift up to 20 pounds and the ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk
