Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of land development projects, including client relations, project financials, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Project Management: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and invoicing, ensuring timely and profitable project delivery.
  • Team Supervision: Directly supervise and mentor design staff, including team engineers and designers, to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 10-12 years of progressive experience in civil engineering land development design, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and delegation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience nurturing and growing client relationships.
