Job Title: Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Vermont.

About the Job

As a Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring accurate imaging results.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining protocols and positioning patients
  • Ensure accurate imaging results by following established protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CT scanner operation and maintenance
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
