OneSource Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our client's manufacturing team in the Bethlehem Area. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and replace defective machine components, including motors and drives.
- Support maintenance staff in repairing various electrical and mechanical systems.
- Design and implement wiring for new equipment installations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical distribution systems.
- Maintain organized and current electrical schematics.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a production setting.
- Proficient in 480 Volt 3 Phase electrical distribution systems.
- Experienced in industrial electrical and equipment installations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
- Skilled in diagnosing AC and DC drives and control systems.
- Knowledgeable in hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Capable of independently managing equipment changeovers.
- Physically able to perform maintenance tasks.
Compensation: Pay range is $30 to $34 per hour, with a night shift schedule of 7 PM to 7 AM, following a 2-2-3 rotation.
