Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Soliant Education. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing physical therapy services to students with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Physical Therapy Services: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals to support students' progress and integrate therapy into their educational experience.
  • Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' progress and ensure a comprehensive approach to their care.
  • Assess and Monitor Progress: Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain comprehensive records to inform treatment plans and goals.
  • Participate in IEP Meetings: Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy and valid Connecticut PT license or eligibility.
