About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in rural healthcare. As a Primary Care Provider, you will be responsible for leading clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude, ensuring quality professional services and patient satisfaction. You will implement clinical protocols as outlined by our CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, and analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Telehealth Clinician team, providing virtual consultations and developing your skills in this area. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new employees through preceptor training and mentoring, helping to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care
* Implement clinical protocols as outlined by our CMO and Supervising Physicians
* Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
* Provide virtual consultations as part of our Telehealth Clinician team
* Develop and deliver preceptor training programs to support the growth and development of new employees

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
  • A strong understanding of Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
