Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR). As a bilingual Internal Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional primary care to our patients, conducting office visits, administering wellness visits, and coordinating care with other providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of high-quality primary care to patients, including routine and acute issues
  • Conducting office visits and home visits as needed
  • Administering annual wellness visits and health risk assessments
  • Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies
  • Population health leadership, in coordination with the Care Team
  • Assisting the care team with phone triage and outreach
  • Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary (ranges from $215,000 to $275,000 based on experience and location) with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
  • 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME)

Requirements
  • National certification in at least one of the following specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active, non-probationary state physician License
  • 1+ year direct primary care experience as a Physician
  • Active DEA license
