Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store meets the highest standards of customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Market Manager to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Working Conditions
