Chatbot Developer

We are seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer to join our team. As a key member of our core development team, you will be responsible for developing APIs and components, working on high-traffic enterprise applications, and collaborating with our team to design and implement conversational AI virtual assistants.

• Design and develop scalable APIs and components using JavaScript and Node.js
• Work on high-traffic enterprise applications and contribute to the development of conversational AI virtual assistants
• Collaborate with our team to analyze business requirements and design solutions
• Participate in Agile methodologies, design patterns, and software revision control systems

• 4+ years of solid development experience with a strong focus on open-source platforms
• Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and Microsoft Bot Framework
• Experience in building IVR bots using contact centers software and Dialogflow, Rasa, and Botpress
• Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover
• Good knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, and client-side development

• Experience with git version control system
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix flavors

Graduate in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications
