Position Summary: The Senior Landscape Construction Supervisor at our Plymouth Meeting branch will be instrumental in overseeing and directing landscape management teams, projects, and personnel. This role entails supervising the implementation of diverse landscaping projects, conducting site evaluations, mentoring and developing staff, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Senior Supervisor will be accountable for project planning, scheduling, and liaising with clients and suppliers to guarantee timely and effective project execution. A profound understanding of project scopes, budgets, and the capability to identify and address potential challenges is essential.

  • Physical capability to walk, bend, lift, and carry weights between 40lbs and 80lbs
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
