Job Summary

Cerenity Senior Care is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our facilities operations team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance on major HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and boilers to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Maintain and repair electrical distribution systems, perform service work within capabilities, and contact outside vendors as required for repairs.
  • Perform general building maintenance and construction work as needed, including repairs to facility and resident equipment.
  • Operate hand and power tools, and various grounds and maintenance equipment safely.
  • Perform grounds maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in the Building Maintenance field, or High School Diploma/GED and two (2) or more years of building maintenance experience.
  • Possess or have ability to obtain a minimum of a Special boiler's license for campuses utilizing boilers.
  • Valid Driver's License as appropriate and acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification/License as required by Federal, State and local requirements.
  • Experience in a health care setting.
