Job Description
Intraoperative Neuro-Monitoring Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Intraoperative Neuro-Monitoring (IONM) specialist to join our team at UCHealth. As a key member of our neurodiagnostics department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IONM during complex surgical procedures. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and success of our patients.

Responsibilities
* Elect optimal testing protocols to monitor neurological structures at risk during surgery
* Identify and correct artifacts to ensure accurate monitoring
* Continuously monitor and alert attending physicians of critical changes
* Follow American Clinical Neurophysiology Society (ACNS) guidelines related to Interoperative Monitoring (IOM)

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Associate's degree or graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic Technology program
* Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) through American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologists (ABRET)
* Experience in spine, intracranial, cardio-thoracic, and peripheral nerve surgeries
* Preferred: clinical neurophysiology experience
