Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at AMN Healthcare Allied. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures.

Job Summary:

The Computed Tomography Technologist will work in an outpatient setting, performing PET/CT scans for oncologic diagnosis. The ideal candidate will have experience with PET, Cardiac, Brain Scan, and Tumor Localization. A strong background in Nuc Med Tech is required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
  • Perform PET/CT scans for oncologic diagnosis
  • Work in an outpatient setting, interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
  • BLS, ARRT, NMTCB, and STATE LICENSE certifications
  • 1+ year of experience in Nuc Med Tech
  • Strong background in PET, Cardiac, Brain Scan, and Tumor Localization
  • Ability to work in an outpatient setting, interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
