Job Summary:

Three Links Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. As an LPN at our skilled nursing facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident care and required documentation according to established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
  • Assume responsibility in directing personnel and foster teamwork to contribute to the facility's goals and mission.
  • Ensure that services follow current regulations and standards.
  • Relate professionally with clients, staff, and family members, displaying a positive work attitude and working collaboratively with other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
  • Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Minnesota.
  • Experience in working with older adults, preferably in a hospital, nursing home, or home care agency.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to use computers and electronic records.
  • Good communication and customer service skills with clients and their families.
  • Good judgment and observation skills.
