Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, and other clinical instructions to meet the unique needs of each child and their family.
- Collaborate with BCBA's and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families.
- Provide ongoing training and support to families on ABA techniques and strategies to promote generalization of skills.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including data collection and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education) or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy services to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Successful completion of Safety Care Training and CPR certification.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and professionals.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Ability to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.).
- Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).
- Ability to respond effectively to varied demands of the child, family, supervisor, and other team members.
Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is a privately owned, Medicaid-approved agency providing quality services to individuals with disabilities since 2004. We focus on in-home and in-community services that promote the healthy development of children, adults, and families through one-on-one behavioral, educational, and daily-living supports.
