We are seeking a skilled Machine Shop Technician to join our team at Tru-fit Products Tru-Weld. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine shop equipment, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machine shop equipment, including steel threaders, band saws, benders, and burn tables.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Use measuring devices, such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers, to verify product quality.
- Inspect and check parts for quality and accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a drug screen for illegal substances.
- Valid Driver's License.
