About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Men's Health Specialist Physician to join our team of board-certified professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our patients, addressing their medical concerns, and working collaboratively with our clinical operations team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in primary care, with expertise in men's health. Your duties will include:
- Responding to patients' medical problems, referring to their history, and carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral as necessary.
- Ordering lab tests and interpreting results.
- Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
- Collecting, recording, and maintaining sensitive patient information.
- Evaluating and diagnosing medical conditions, recommending treatment plans, and constructing care plans through shared decision-making with patients.
You will work closely with our clinical operations team and fellow clinicians to deliver integrated care. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach, balancing evidence-based care with patient preferences and values.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you must have:
- A degree in medicine (MD or DO).
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
- A current state medical license and Federal DEA license.
- Completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.
- 3 years of experience practicing as a primary care doctor.
- Ability to work 10-20 hours per week.
- Multiple state licenses are a bonus but not required.
- Outstanding men's health clinical expertise.
- Fantastic counseling and listening skills.
- Superb organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent decision-making skills and communication.
- Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
- Experience and comfort with conducting telehealth visits.
This is a part-time or full-time, fully remote position with an estimated annual salary range of $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and location.
