Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC installer to join our team at Reedy Property Group. As an HVAC installation specialist, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to manufacturer's specifications and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems. They must also have the ability to modify ductwork, plenums, and sheet metal as required. Additionally, they should have a working knowledge of 3 phase voltage systems and be able to test and balance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install heating and air conditioning systems to manufacturer's specifications and customer expectations
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Utilize field service software
* Clean up after work is completed
* Test and balance systems

Requirements:
* 3+ years of install experience
* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
* EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal)
* Nate certification a plus

This is a remote position with the possibility of regional travel on a minimal basis. We offer competitive pay starting at $28 per hour, benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401k plan, paid vacation & holidays, company vehicle, branded apparel, boot allowance, and company tools supplied.
