- Signature Services: Deliver the Senior Lifestyle Corporation's Signature Services, which are key components of our community's image and level of service.
- Employee On-Boarding: Play a crucial role in the Employee On-Boarding process, acting as a liaison between Human Resources and new hires, and reinforcing expectations and standards.
- Dining Experience: Work with the Dining Staff to support a polished hospitality approach to dining room service.
- Special Events: Assist in coordinating and overseeing special community events, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and their guests.
- New Resident Integration: Ensure every department is notified of new move-ins to facilitate their integration into community activities and meals.
- Hospitality Training: Support the development and operation of the Ambassador program and provide hospitality training to staff.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field, with three plus years of related experience and/or training.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks safely and effectively, excellent organization skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
