Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Audit Nurse to join our team at the Medical Clinic of Houston, L.L.P. This critical role requires strong expertise in healthcare compliance and risk management to ensure our organization meets regulatory requirements and maintains a culture of compliance.

Duties:
  1. Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
  2. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to educate physicians and staff on compliance policies and procedures.
  3. Incident Response: Promptly respond to any compliance incidents or violations, escalating issues as necessary.
  4. Compliance Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of the compliance program and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
  • Unrestricted license to practice nursing in Texas
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance and risk management
Estimated Annual Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000, based on location and experience
