We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide services in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to mobility, endurance, pain management, and other medical conditions. Based on your evaluations, you will develop treatment plans, implement interventions aimed at enhancing patient well-being, and monitor progress.

Specific duties include:

  • Evaluating the patient's functional status and therapy needs.
  • Collaborating with physicians to create effective therapy plans.
  • Documenting and reporting patient responses to treatment and any changes in condition.
  • Administering treatments to alleviate pain, restore function, and maintain optimal performance.
  • Educating patients, families, and healthcare team members about the care plan and progress.

Licensure Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Alabama.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a reliable vehicle.
