Position Overview

The Program Manager for the ITW Body and Fuel Division plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of strategic ITW Automotive products within the domestic market. Reporting directly to a Sales Manager, this position encompasses the management of commercial and sales initiatives while collaborating closely with the local project team to ensure program timelines and activities are effectively maintained for successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Sales Leadership: Oversee technical sales and commercial activities, including quoting and negotiating, to enhance business with designated customers.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of Project Engineers tasked with managing individual programs and facilitating daily communication with clients.
  • Customer Advocacy: Ensure that customer feedback is accurately captured and translated into actionable requirements and technical specifications.
  • Project Management: Implement the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework while supervising project and program management, including timelines and budget adherence.
  • Sales Forecasting: Generate product sales forecasts and assess financial performance metrics.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including both domestic and international travel.
