Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in receiving services both by telephone and in person.
Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.
Monitor for signs of child abuse and report appropriately.
Provide crisis intervention to clients in distress.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
Experience working with clients affected by issues such as neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health, and parental substance abuse.
Excellent listening skills, with the ability to give full attention to clients, understand their points, and ask relevant questions.
Awareness of others' reactions and an understanding of their behaviors.
Ability to evaluate the costs and benefits of potential social service and healthcare actions and choose the most appropriate options.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Capacity to remain calm and empathetic when clients are upset.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
Valid driver's license.

Education:
Bachelors Degree
