Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care delivery, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences, and incorporating family-centered care principles.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their care and recovery.
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona, with compact state licensure accepted.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with unit-specific certification as required by specialty area.
- At least 10 months of experience in a med-surg or acute specialty setting, with 1 year of RN experience preferred for float positions.
