We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow prep lists created by the Kitchen Manager to ensure accurate and efficient food preparation
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, measuring ingredients accurately and following mixing methods
• Undertake basic cooking duties such as sautéing vegetables and boiling soups
• Label and stock all food products for proper rotation
• Understand and implement sanitation and cleanliness standards and procedures
• Perform other related duties as requested by management

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Good understanding of ingredients, recipes, kitchen safety, and hygiene
• Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances
• Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs

Compensation and Benefits:
