Job Summary:

The Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator I to join their team at the Center for Genomic Medicine. As a key member of the research team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing lab projects, coordinating with collaborators, and ensuring the smooth operation of research studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lab projects, including project management, data collection, and data analysis
• Coordinate with collaborators, including clinicians, computational biologists, and geneticists
• Ensure the smooth operation of research studies, including patient recruitment, biospecimen collection, and data management
• Maintain accurate records and databases, including lab databases and study forms
• Assist with study regulatory submissions, including consent forms and study protocols
• Participate in lab meetings and present research findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in molecular/cell biology or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with clinical research protocols and procedures
