About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain building floors, walls, and surfaces using a variety of cleaning solutions and equipment.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
  • Notify managers of any maintenance or repair needs, and assist with minor repairs as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management.
  • Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Floor Tech or in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience.
  • 1 year of similar work experience.
