Job Highlights

CCL Label is a world-class specialty packaging company with label manufacturing operations in virtually all major markets.

We are seeking a highly skilled Ink Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a 2nd shift employee, you will enjoy a 10% shift differential for working hours from 4:00pm to 2:00am.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with ink room operations
  • Formulating and blending inks as required
  • Organizing inks for press runs
  • Returning inks from press to the appropriate area
  • Performing press-side color matching
  • Operating a color computer

Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Color matching ability and knowledge of inks and films preferred
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
