Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Consultant to join our team at Grasshopper Club's BFS dispensary in Logan Square, Chicago. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on various cannabis products, assisting with customer interactions, and maintaining a clean and organized dispensary environment.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to determine their cannabis needs and preferences
- Provide recommendations on various cannabis forms, consumption methods, and cannabis science
- Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and customer service
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on cannabis industry developments
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Estimated Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$65,000, depending on experience. Grasshopper Club also offers competitive benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
