**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a Home Visitor, you will provide direct service to enrolled families on a weekly basis, using an evidence-based curriculum to promote positive relationships between parents and children, as well as healthy discipline techniques and childhood development.

**Key Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Frequent flexibility with their schedule to accommodate family needs, including some early morning or evening visits
  • A High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience working with early childhood populations
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills for proper documentation and note-taking in a fast-paced environment
  • A personal vehicle for daily use to travel to families' homes
  • A clean five-year motor vehicle history and a valid Arizona Driver's license

In addition to these requirements, we welcome candidates with prior home visitation experience, an Associate's degree with relevant work history, or a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
