">The Resident Support Associate will provide direct care and support to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Providing personalized care and support to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
- Monitoring residents' physical and emotional needs, reporting any concerns or issues to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet residents' unique needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
">- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One to three months of related experience and/or training may be preferred.
- Certification as a CNA or HHA licensure depending on state requirements and regulations is necessary.
- Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisors and other employees, and respond to emergency situations.
