Dermatology Physician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatology Physician to join our team as a Procedural Physician. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and volumizing using dermal fillers, as well as performing cosmetic laser therapies in a professional and clinical atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Administering injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and volumizing using dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Botox, and other well-known products.
• Performing cosmetic laser therapies in a professional and clinical atmosphere.
• Accurate and timely charting and clinical documentation of each client.
• Performing skin analysis and evaluation on clients.
• Developing a specific treatment plan for clients and ongoing follow-up.
• Educating patients on products to enhance their procedures.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care.
• Ensuring laser safety precautions are taken and documented in the patient's medical record.
• Maintaining supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization.
• Attending team meetings, promotional events, and seminars as needed.
• Developing an appropriate treatment plan based on client consultations.
• Ensuring the safety of clients at all times when performing treatments.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Plastic Surgeon / Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon / Cosmetic Surgeon / Reconstructive Surgeon.
• Must have managerial leadership ability, outstanding bedside manner, and the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about skin care and products.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range is $250k to $350k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
