Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of team members while overseeing daily operations at the local branch, including Customer Service, Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, building maintenance, and Inventory Management.
  • Implement safety measures in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with Senior Management, staff, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Collaborate in the development and maintenance of quality assurance protocols.
  • Enhance the efficiency of existing processes to improve the company’s operational capacity.
  • Ensure operational activities are executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor staffing needs and recruit new employees as necessary.
  • Provide training to employees on their responsibilities and inventory systems as appropriate.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of the operation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of management experience in a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Senior Management, vendors, and customers.
  • Results-driven with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office as a management tool.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, or pull as necessary for operations.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
