Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses in the Emergency Department
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure high-quality patient care is delivered
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Manage and develop nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
