Job Summary
This role reports directly to the assigned Controller and involves coordinating or executing various accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable. The position requires both individual contributions and collaboration with accounting personnel.

Main Responsibilities
- Verify, allocate, and post business transaction details to subsidiary accounts in journals or digital files from documents such as invoices and receipts.
- Summarize details in separate ledgers or digital files and transfer data to the general ledger.
- Reconcile and balance accounts effectively.
- Compile reports showcasing statistics such as cash receipts, expenditures, and profit and loss statements relevant to business operations.
- Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow for accounts payable functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, documenting business transactions accurately.
- Audit contracts and prepare reports to substantiate transactions prior to settlement.
- Implement and modify accounting systems and control procedures as necessary.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management with a focus on Accounting is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is essential.
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time is expected.
- Experience with financial accounting software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
