Caregiver Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

About the Role:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
• Accompany clients on outings and errands, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, communicating effectively with family members and healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in providing personal care and assistance to seniors or individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and adequate insurance coverage.
• First aid and CPR certification, with ongoing training and education.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs, with a minimum of 20 hours per week commitment.
