Job Description

ECP is a leading SaaS software solution that enables senior living communities to provide better care for their residents. With over 6,500 communities worldwide, we're expanding our customer base and product scope. We're seeking a skilled IT & Cybersecurity Admin to support our internal staff and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

This is a hybrid position requiring an individual who can work in-office at ECP's headquarters in East Troy, WI, when necessary. We expect in-person office attendance 1-2 times per month. We're open to candidates located in Wisconsin willing to work remotely and in person.

  • Provide technical support to internal staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment
  • Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Ensure a seamless experience for onboarding and offboarding new hires
  • Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers, research and provide solutions for new vendors when necessary
  • Manage business system backups and perform data recovery when necessary
  • Stay up to date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for system improvements
  • Deeply understand SOC2 compliance requirements, enforcing company-wide adherence to security policies and audit processes
  • Develop and lead internal training efforts that support HIPAA compliance, cybersecurity best practices, and protection of PHI
  • Assist with the tracking of vulnerabilities
  • Revise and write security policies as needed
  • Manage ECP's IT inventory using mobile device management software
  • Ensure ECP is up-to-date with HIPAA compliance and drive the company's cybersecurity strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with network administration and security
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate efficiently with personnel in diverse roles ranging from technical to non-technical
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
