Maintenance Administrator Job Description

At Peeples Industries, Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Data Management: Manage data in spreadsheets and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inventory Management: Update inventory levels, track stock orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment.
  • Communication: Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Technical Skills: Operate common office equipment, including scanners and printers, and use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
