Job Summary

As a Loader Operator at CHS, you will be responsible for performing warehouse work, including driving a loader, loading and unloading inventory, forklift operation, and general maintenance. You will also prepare trucks and railcars for loading and unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching and/or detaching flexible hoses. Additionally, you will load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light-duty machinery/equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a loader to load and unload inventory
  • Perform forklift operation and general maintenance
  • Prepare trucks and railcars for loading and unloading
  • Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks

Requirements

Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a strong attention to detail. Must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
