Quarry Ridge Retirement Community is currently hiring a part-time Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and their guests. Key responsibilities include pre-setting tables, taking entrée orders, serving meals, pouring beverages, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Server, your primary role is to serve meals to residents and be one of the smiling faces they see every single day.

Provide unparalleled customer service to our residents and their guests by being attentive, courteous, and professional at all times.

Clean and reset tables and chairs, vacuum dining room carpet, and maintain the salad bar area to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have the ability to respond to guests in a positive and considerate manner.

Naturally build positive relationships with all those around you by being a team player and contributing to a collaborative environment.

You should have an eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry, along with experience working in a team environment ideally in a culinary or serving setting.
